Customer Success Manager
We are growing rapidly with new customers joining every day, using Freespee’s products. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our clients and act as a point of reference for customers and all teams within Freespee, such as Customer Support, Sales and Engineering. In this role you will be an important contributor to make the customer succeed in understanding and using our platform and all associated features.
We are looking for you who are customer centric and are eager to learn more about our customers and products. It is important to us that you have first in class communication skills as you will be a link between the customers and the company.
About the position
- Responsible for project management of onboarding new Customers
- Consult customers on taking advantage of the full power on our technology
- Responsible for existing Customer product adoption via insight and recommendations
- Have full understanding of the value client will benefit from
- Voice of Customer on product feature requests
- Developing proof points and evidence-based case studies
- Driven, motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with software products or willing to learn technical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Down to earth and hands on personality
- Eager to learn and develop, both as a person and also to make the team grow
- Experience from a role within account management, customer care, engineering, digital marketing, support or a customer centric role.
